Our business centre development strategy is designed to flex with our building partners, where typically we will fast track a first phase of 5,000 – 10,000 sq ft to ‘prove’ the model, and once this has been established, further phases can be added, if expansion space is available.
We are also developing a track record in taking over existing business centre operations and have funding available for company acquisitions.
